CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

FLEX BOOT CAMP is our 60 minutes full body workout. In this series you will work in stations with kettlebells, stability ball, ropes, dumbbells and more. This is our Flex version of a bootcamp!

POWER FLEX is based on strength training using power lifting and bodybuilding principals to get you strong and help to build muscle.

BOOTIE FLEX will get your bootie pumped & fired up in this 30 minute glute focused class! Bootie Flex also focuses on quads & hams to make sure your legs can carry that new bootie you will build!

ABS FLEX is a 30 minute abdominal series designed to strengthen and build your core by focusing on upper & lower abs, obliques and lower back. This class will be sure to bring your abs to the surface in no time!

FLEX & BOX uses basic boxing fundamentals such as stance, guard, movement, jab, cross & hook. It also has an emphasis on cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work, partner drills, pad work & core strengthening exercises.
